This Privacy Policy explains how Goodpoint may collect, use, and disclose information we obtain from users of our application, website, and related services (collectively, our “Service”).
Use and Acceptance. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
INFORMATION GOODPOINT COLLECTS

- You register to use the ServicSocial Sign-One
- You use the Service; and
- You communicate with us.
Registration. You may browse the public-facing portions of the Service without registering with Goodpoint. If you register to use the Service, then you must provide us with certain information, such as your first and last name, profile photo, and your email address.
Social Sign-On. If you are someone who uses your social media credentials to log in to the Service (“Platform User”), we may collect information from that social media website (“Platform Data”). For example, if you log in to the Service with your Facebook credentials, we may collect certain limited information you have on Facebook, such as your name, email, and profile picture.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our Customer Support Team, we will receive your name, email address, and the contents of any message or attachments that you may send to us.

Deletion of Platform Data. If you are a Platform User, your personal data will be deleted automatically once you no longer have an account with us. Additionally, you can have your personal data deleted anytime by sending a request to us using the contact information below. However, we will not delete data to the extent we are required to keep it under applicable law or regulation, or to the extent it has been aggregated, obscured, or de-identified so that it cannot be associated with a particular user, browser, or device.

We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, as our Service is hosted electronically, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit through the Service.
